It’s already March, so let’s see what’s been going on around here over the past month.

I have published two tutorials and launched my Swift course in February – here is a bird’s eye view for each of them:

1. Imperative programming vs Functional programming – a Beginner’s approach Part 8: Contains

What does it teach you: How to sort a given array.
How does it teach you: By comparing the imperative and functional implementation.
Concepts you will learn along the way: loops, tuples, guard, break, continue.

2. Tuples vs Optionals – a Beginner’s approach

What does it teach you: How to remove a certain element from a given array.
How does it teach you: By comparing the tuple and optional implementation.
Concepts you will learn along the way: guard, loops, continue, break, pattern matching, tuples, optionals.

3. Swift Training at Simplon Romania

What does it teach you: Apple’s Swift programming language.
How does it teach you: via Playgrounds, an interactive WYSIWYG environment where you see the changes you make while working on the code.
Concepts you will learn along the way: data structures, object oriented programming, protocol oriented programming, error handling, generics, functional programming techniques.

Thank you for reading my blog – stay tuned for even more tutorials and surprises this month! 🙂
